SkinPen treatment typically takes about 30 minutes to complete. The process is not painful. When you arrive, a numbing gel will be applied to the area of treatment. After the treatment, there may be some redness and a feeling of tightness around the treated area. You may also have some discomfort, similar to a sunburn for a day or two.
You will be able to return to normal activities immediately following the treatment, but you may be given a skin care routine to follow for both comfort, and optimal results.
